Shipping & Returns

Our online store is primarily intended to service the needs of Canadians and configured to primarily allow for shipping within Canada automatically.

We had to remove options for international shipments due to a huge percentage of problems. We will not ship anything anywhere where the item is forbidden or otherwise could create a problem for us. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone or any country as we so choose. If we are unable to ship to you, we will ignore or refund any payment and inform you as soon as possible.

Paraphernalia cannot be shipped to the US. We thank you for your interest and understandiing. Meanwhile, we hope you enjoy browsing as a gallery site.

If we CAN ship to you outside of Canada, your shipping charges may have to be figured out as a separate charge - we will never intentionally charge substantially more than the shipper charges us. We are NOT experts on out-of-Canada shipping, so if we DO attempt to ship to you, you must understand and accept that any issues at your country's border, etc., are fully and entirely YOUR responsibility and we will not accept any cost or responsibility as a result. It is up to YOU to determine and understand the legality and details of shipping into YOUR country, do NOT assume that we know anything about your country's rules or importation policies, nor how various Carriers interact with them, what Carrier is best and what is worst for your country, etc. Any lost or returned out-of-Canada packages will not be re-sent nor can we reimburse any cost - all such shipments are at YOUR own risk.
Our Standard Shipping options are (at least) Canada Post. Delivery times within Canada will vary according to the delivery address and may take up to 5-7 business days once your order has been processed. Orders are typically processed within two (2) business days.

We are not responsible for any loss of products following shipment from our address (or that of our agents) to the delivery address. We are not responsible for any delays in delivery.

Delayed delivery will not give rise to any penalty nor indemnity, and cannot be used as reason for cancelling the order. We will do our best to keep you informed, especially if there are any delays or issues (due to stock shortages or other unexpected circumstances). Shipping charges are added to your checkout automatically and if applicable our intention is to charge you exactly what we have to pay for your shipping.

Anything outside of Canada or excessively heavy or awkwardly shaped, we may have to work out the shipping rates and add any additional amount required after it's figured out with the shipper. Some items might even be too heavy or bulky for certain shippers, but our website may be unable to automatically figure that out, so you may have to be flexible and bear with us if you choose a large or heavy item or group of items. Whatever the case, we will always do our very best for you. Certain products may be shipped directly from the supplier or manufacturer per our vendors agreement.
If you are seeking a return/refund/exchange for reasons outside of our control (eg. if you didn't pick your package up at the post office and it was sent back, or you made a mistake in your address, or any other reason through no fault of ours) then you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Shipping couriers generally charge us a second shipping charge if they are forced to return a package to us - we are charged both to ship the package out to you and then for them to return it back to us if you don't pick your package up or you miss or refuse your delivery and it's sent back to us, for examples.

If you receive a refund, all cost of shipping that we incur and that are outside of our fault/control will be deducted from your refunded amount. Large-quantity orders or heavy-weight items, at our sole discretion may be assessed a reasonable restocking fee, so please obtain our thorough and informed authorization before sending back or refusing any delivery.
To ensure that your account information is correct, your first order must be shipped to the same address as your billing info. After your payment has been successfully processed, we then allow the option for shipping for a different address (for customers sending gifts). For larger orders, generally we cannot. As a small business, we cannot afford to incur the costs of credit card fraud and can only ship larger orders to your credit card's billing address.
Your privacy is important. Every order is shipped out in a nondescript box (or envelope). If you require special packaging of any kind, please feel free to request just about anything reasonable in the Comments section of your order and we'll do what we reasonably can to help!
We can only replace items if they are defective or do not match your order invoice. If you need to exchange something for the same item, please send us an email at and we'll figure things out with you.

Exchanges with respect to the delivered products will only be handled if communicated to us within 7 (seven) days of delivery of the products, with a detailed description of the nature and extent of the concerning defect along with photos. After this period has expired, the delivered products are deemed to have been found satisfactory and the delivery has been unconditionally accepted.

The initial costs of the return shipment will be at your expense and we, after receiving the product we will send you a replacement and refund the shipping within 30 (thirty) days.

The obligations of Smoking North America will not be applicable in the event that the defect to a product has been fully or partially caused by any incorrect, improper, careless or incompetent use and/or if you have made any modifications to the products.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
We do not provide refunds for items unless the reason meets our exchange policy and you do not wish to receive a replacement. Please refer to the Exchanges section abover for details. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed in the form of your original method of payment (or a method agreed-upon by both parties).

Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund from us when expected after being informed that a refund has been sent by us to you, please:
  • first check your bank account (again) and confirm that the dollar amount has not been deposited without notification.
  • next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted, or a reason on your bank's end that is causing a delay in processing.
