Having trouble logging in to your account? Here are a couple of common reasons why.
  • Our site requires an email to login to your profile. If you forgot which email you created an account with, please contact us and we will gladly help retrieve that information, however, we cannot provide the encrypted password.
  • Wrong password. If you forgot your password, click the Forgot Your Password link and an email will be sent to the email addresss stored in your profile to recover your account.
You can receive a courtesy gift package from Smoking North America when your order totals $50 or more before taxes. Here is a list of the gifts you will receive at different thresholds.
  • $50 — Mini tray and rolling papers
  • $100 — Mini tray, rolling papers and bowl
  • $200 — Mini tray, rolling papers, down stem, bowl and grinder
As a policy, we process and verify that your purchase information is correct and payment has been processed successfully before releasing your gift certificate.

You will receive an email once your gift certificate has been released. If you have not recieved a confirmation email for more than two business days, please email us through our contact us page. Thank you for your patience.

Prices on our site are displayed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) for all our customers.
For Canada, taxes are calculated according to the shipping address in your profile. Taxes will not be applied to US and International customers' purchases.
Follow these steps to print any previous or current invoices:
  • Go to your My Account page.
  • Click the show all orders link to see a list of all your orders.
  • Click the invoice button to open a new window displaying your invoice.
  • Use your browser setting to print. (ex. File > Print)
As a policy, we do not allow shipping to an address different from your credit card biling info for your first order to prevent fraudulent purchases and to protect both, our customers and the store.

Return customers you will have the opportunity to change the shipping address for their orders during checkout or in their account settings.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase due to manufacturing flaws or the product you received did not match what you ordered, you can contact us within 7 days, accompanied by photos. At which time we will exchange the item, process a refund or apply store credit to your account toward future purchases.

In order to provide quality customer service and maintain quality control of our products, we may ask you to return the items in question for review.
As a general rule, we screen the content before it is posted on our reviews and product pages. The reviews are intended to provide helpful, relevant content to customers. Content you submit should be relevant and based on your own honest opinions and experience. There could be several reasons why your submission was not displayed:
  • It is cued for approval and our staff have not gotten to it yet.
  • The content was irrelevant and unrelated to our products or services.
  • The content was libelous, defamatory, harassing, threatening, or inflammatory.
  • The content was obscene, pornographic, or lewd.
  • It contained content regarding our competitors' products or services.
  • The content invades others' privacy. For example, posting someone's phone number.
  • The content encourages or supports the dangerous misuse of a product.
If your review was rejected due to the above reasons, we will inform you immediately by email and ask you to edit the submission.
